People Intern (Tamheer)

Job Responsibilities

• Help working on job description library.
• Support the team with day-to-day business and operational tasks as assigned.
• Assist in preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
• Help collect, review, and organize data required for internal and external requests (e.g., SAMA, Audit, and other regulatory requirements).
• Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives by completing assigned tasks and following up on action items.
• Support coordination and communication across teams when needed.
• Maintain organized records and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Learn and adhere to company policies, processes, and professional standards.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a business-oriented mindset while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Must be eligible for the Tamheer Program (HRDF).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Eagerness to learn and develop professional skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to use Ai tools is a plus
